Nasi Goreng Kambing: – 500 grams of rice – 300 grams of lamb meat, diced – 2 eggs – 3 cloves of garlic, minced – 2 shallots, minced – 2 red chilies, sliced – 2 green chilies, sliced – 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste – 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce – 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil – Salt and pepper to taste Sate Maranggi: – 500 grams of beef, diced – 10 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes – 3 cloves of garlic, minced – 2 shallots, minced – 2 red chilies, sliced – 2 green chilies, sliced – 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce – 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil Soto Betawi: – 500 grams of beef, diced – 2 liters of water – 3 cloves of garlic, minced – 2 shallots, minced – 2 teaspoons of coriander powder – 2 teaspoons of cumin powder – 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder – 2 teaspoons of salt – 1 teaspoon of white pepper – 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil – 3 potatoes, peeled and diced – 3 tomatoes, diced – 2 stalks of lemongrass, bruised – 2 bay leaves – 3 kaffir lime leaves – 200 ml of coconut milk

Instructions

Nasi Goreng Kambing: 1. Cook the rice and set aside. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant. 3. Add the diced lamb meat and cook until brown. 4. Add the sliced chilies, shrimp paste, and sweet soy sauce. Mix well. 5. Add the cooked rice and mix until well combined. 6. Make a well in the center of the pan and crack the eggs into it. Scramble the eggs until cooked. 7. Mix the eggs with the rice and season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Serve hot. Sate Maranggi: 1. Preheat the grill or grill pan. 2. Thread the diced beef onto the bamboo skewers. 3. Mix together the minced garlic, shallots, sliced chilies, sweet soy sauce, and vegetable oil in a bowl. 4. Brush the beef skewers with the marinade. 5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. 6. Serve hot with peanut sauce and sliced onions. Soto Betawi: 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant. 2. Add the diced beef and cook until brown. 3. Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, and white pepper. Mix well. 4. Add the water, potatoes, tomatoes, lemongrass, bay leaves, and kaffir lime leaves. Bring to a boil. 5. Reduce the heat and simmer for 1-2 hours or until the beef is tender. 6. Add the coconut milk and stir well. Simmer for another 10 minutes. 7. Serve hot with rice and emping crackers.
